National Service Scheme

N S S unit of ME S collage is unique from other units in terms of activities and programes.The major programes done by our unit our are " Snehaveedu   " where we build home  for the home less . It was  implemented in the acadamic year 2018 - 2019 , "Urumb" where the volunteers do servises such as catering , painting etc and donate the money to charity. "Onakkodi" is another programme where we afford new dress during the Onam festival. "Eid Kiswa" which is similar to Onakkodi is another major programme for affording new dress to the orphans and poor on the occassion of Ramadan, Ashwamedam training program aiming "Ashwamedam Leprosy Derermination". During the Ramadan 2019, Community Fasting was organized by NSS unit at Tharavaadu Old Age Home at Muzhuppilangaad. "Thirike" is  one of the major programmes where we provide rehabilation for the victims of Flood.
